Hanna Somatic Educatio
Hello, Rakesh,

The report you attached indicates two conditions:
1) loss of normal lumbar curve
2) posterior disc bulge

Both conditions commonly follow from muscular contractions in the trunk causing spinal shortening and disc compression, which can lead to more severe problems, over time.

My suggestion is to train your control of the involved muscles to ease their effects on the spine through relaxation.  That would be the precaution and treatment you ask about.

May I direct you to some write-ups I have done:

http://somatics.com/back_exercises_for_lower_back_pain.htm

These write-ups explain the training I have recommended, which will alleviate pain and improve flexibility.
