Question
I did the the work on my belly forearm but my thumb stil numb and tingling ,and my wrist still painful at times

Answer
Hello Ana,

Sorry to hear about you continued pain.  I'm not sure, but I think you're saying that you've been to my Wrist Pain Relief page,
http://www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/wrist-pain-relief.html
or maybe my Thumb Joint Pain Page,
http://www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/thumb-joint-pain-relief.html
as well.

Two things, sometimes the deep forearm muscles can be hard to get to by yourself, so I'd encourage you perhaps get a friend
to press their thumbs into your forearm while you move your thumb and open and close your hand, and also flex your wrist up and down, and see if  that does more for you.
I'd also say the same about the little thumb muscles in your forearm just above your thumb.  See if someone else pressing in there can get at some things you were not able too.
That said, the people I've found with the most stubborn carpal tunnel issues are women in their 50's and 60's,  so if that's you then you may want to see an MD and do some nerve conduction tests, etc. and see what they have to say.

I do wish I had an easy answer for you, but that's my honest opinion.
I hope it proves useful.

All the best,
Gary Crowley
