Severe neck pain

Question
I have severe neck and head pain and have exhausted all the invasive treatments (traction, physical therapy, demoral shots, botox shots and had facet radio frequency to six nerves c2-c6) and am in worse pain.  I have to rest my head on my hands to relieve the weight on my neck.  My MRI results are as follows:  1.  Left sided neural foraminal stemless c3-4 and c4-5 due to unicinate joint spurring.   2.  Mild disk bulge with joint spurring .5-6 resulting in bilateral neural foraminal stenoses.  3.  Degenerative desiccative disc disease c2-3 through  c5-6.  These results have been the same for the past two years and the pain is severe that I no longer have a healthy life. I can no longer work out my muscles in my shoulders spasms to were my left shoulder curves in and becomes so hard and have numbness in my left hand and am fatigued by the pain.  Can you help?

Hi, Janet.

Sorry to hear of your distressing condition.  Yes, I can help.

Those are all symptoms of neck muscles in contraction, fatigued, and sore, with nerve impingement.

Please see this write-up:

Invasive treatments completely miss the mark, which is why they haven't worked; it's brain-level conditioning of muscular tension and movement.  You have to make the changes from within (with proper instruction and probably assistance).  The write-up explains.

Certain somatic exercises help, but with your degree of severity, clinical somatic education (not just exercises) is the fastest and easiest route.

If interested, please ask.
