Question
My Mom (83) is limber as a 12 year old.  She attributes it to taking glucosamine for many, many years.  I'm 62 and am investigating vitamins, etc.  (I have very minor stiffness occasionally) I've read that LIQUID glucosamine is much more thoroughly absorbed than tablets (this report actually stated "some" vitamins pass through the entire digestive system and come out with the name STILL legible..... is that possible?  Thanks for any help you may offer.

Answer
HI ANDREA
I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS.  IT CERTAINLY MAKES SENSE SOME TABS ARE OF COURSE NOT PUT INTO OUR SYSTEMS UNTIL DESOLVED.?
GLUCOSAMINE I GIVE TO MY DOGS ALONG IN THE SUPPLEMENT THEY TAKE.  IT IS JUST A MINOR PART OF WHAT ALL IS IN THEM, BUT THEY SURE HELP.  I FEEL THIS SAFE HERB IS GOOD TO TAKE FOR THIS DISEASE AND I USE IT TOO.

KIND REGARDS
PATT
