Question
My elbow joints have lost some movement, but my muscles in my harms are very painful. It feels like when someone punches your arm and it stings afterwards, my arms feel like that all the time.  They throb at times, when I am holding a book the pain goes through my muscles.

Answer
Kathy,

I am sorry to hear about the pain in your elbows and arms. I assume the question is what can cause this. There are several things that can cause this. The first that comes to mind is Tennis elbow. This is a type of tendentious that comes from over use of the elbow.

It could also be bursitis or arthritis in your elbows and there are other types of tendentious that can effect this area of your arm as well.

The best thing to do is have it check out by a doctor. With an accurate diagnosis plan can be developed so that you can recover from this. Most of these things are not serious and once treatment is finished you should be back to your normal life style.

I wish you improved health,

Rusty
