Hi i am a twenty eight year old female i have  terrible shoulder pain in my left shoulder and neck and when i lift my arm up it feels as if my bone is hooking out or scratching something i have pain in my left wrist as well as my left foot close to my baby toe at the top i am very tired and have lost weight without trying witch is a good thing though do you think i might have a form of arthiritis am i not to young to have so many pains i sound like a old lady and feel like one too i dont want to go to a dr and sound like a hyercondriac

You are not too young for to have so many pains. Autoimmune arthritis types of diseases often start when you are young.

Losing weight when you are not trying is a bad thing. In fact it can be a very bad thing. There are many things that can cause the symptoms you have. Some of them can be serious and some of them can be simple.

The best thing for you to do is see a doctor as soon as you can. If it is something serious, early treatment is best. Your doctor will not think you sound like a hypochondriac. They see young people with pain every day.
