Answer
Dear Carolyn,

This Orthopedic Chicago Podiatrist located in West Loop 60661, Roscoe Village 60618, Ukrainian Village 60622, Elmhurst 60126 & Bartlett 60103 says,
For your bruised foot-continue to wrap & protect it. Wear a comfortable gym shoe or soft boot.As long as the pain continues to decrease & movement increases-sounds like a bruise. Give it 3-4 weeks-but if you have any concerns-see your podiatrist.
Hope this helps & Good Luck!
