hello, i wasnt sure who to ask but i had a concern, about 2 weeks ago someone kicked my foot and my nail got lifted up and it blead alittle and then today i noticed its turning dark green on the top (by cuticle area)  but it doesnt hurt ,should i be concerned about infection or worse, im not sure if this is healing or getting worse and i dont have insurance so i really need some help please, thanks

Michael,   It sounds to me its in the healing process. The green color you see is dried blood underneath. Give it time it should all clear up.

If you notice it getting more painful, getting red, draining etc... then I would advise you to get to an emergency room for care.

If it also becomes more painful to walk also seek another opinion where a professional can get a visual of it and check it out.

Right now though if you are walking on it and the toe discomfort is not getting any worse then in time it should heal itself.
