Question
My husband who has been a paraplegic since l989 had his gall bladder removed the end of July this year (laproscopic).  His gall bladder was 5 times the normal size, very diseased.  Anyway, he is still feeling as bad as before he had the surgery.  Went to Dr. today and, of course, more tests - CT of abdomen and scope of throat to stomach (forgot what it is called). All blood work came out OK.  Do you know of a web site as to discuss this problem?  Or do you have an answer - or a good guess.  Thanks!  This is really fustrating for him.  Thanks for the help.

Answer
Hi Anne,

Thanks so much for your question.

I don't know of any sites that discuss this problem directly but here are some sites that you can search through that may have discussion boards or groups who have a similar problem:

www.spinalcord.uab.edu
www.spinal-cord.org
www.spinalcord.org
www.spinalinjury.net
www.sci-recovery.org

I hope this helps and if you have any more question, please feel free to ask me anytime.

Thanks again,
John McKinzie
