I had celleuetis of big toe.hospital put me on antiabotics and culture showed no growth.went to podyitrist and she cut more.for the past 5 days I applied iodine to bottom of foot.yestersay on bottom of foot  see dark red spot about a dime near bottom of  footnot near the infection.i touched it it did not  hurthand none of my toes are hurt or swollen.thibk idione put on wound might have drippes under calluous to give dark red spot.no pain or swelling does not sound like celluoes returning

I would definitely consult your podiatrist that performed the procedure on your big toe immediately for it is very hard to judge whether or not your situation is emergent.  If you have any of these symptoms: fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, swelling, streaking up the leg, or any flu like symptoms I would definitely consider going to the emergency room.  

That being said if you can make an appointment immediately with your podiatrist that would be beneficial.  

There is no way I can give you sound advice over this type of messaging for your problem because a clinical examination is necessary.
