Fat pad loss and pain with pressure.

Question
I can't stand on my heels or push in to the center of my heel without pain. I hear that a healthy fat pad is about and inch thick however when I push on my heel, its only a small dent till I hit the heel bone. This is devastating for me as I also have IBS and can't even leave the home so not even being able to walk around my house is hell.

I need to know if there are any long term options for restoring the fat pad such as injections or fatty acids as such I have seen in some patents filed in the early 2000's. Heel cups don't work because there is no fat pad to keep in place so I hope you can ease my worry as right now it feels beyond hopeless to expect some sort of restoration for my heels padding.

Answer
There are some new treatments out there that may help.  You can contact this doctor in NY for some possible information.
