Find doctors: cryogenic surgery for Mortons neuroma

Question
Dear Dr. Katz,
Thank you for your continuing work to improve treatment of Morton's neuroma via cryosurgery and your efforts to inform the public of this option to standard surgery, injections, and orthotics.  After doing a good deal of research, I'd like to explore the latest cryogenic surgical techniques to address my own neuroma which is worsening daily and prevents me from enjoying the activity my aging old body really needs.
Would you please provide me a list of doctors you've trained in your newest ultrasound-guided procedures along with any other doctors who practice cryogenic neuroablation in the New England region?  I live just south of Boston, MA.  Alternatively, please tell me how else I might identify doctors performing this procedure in my area.
Hoping you can help.  I've exhausted other avenues to uncover this information.  Thanks a million!

Answer
Hi Annie,

You can check this site.  I have trained many podiatrists but not necessarily using the ultrasound-guided technique.  I believe that we will start seeing out of state patients again with strict guidelines.  I personally have no contacts in your area for foot cryosurgery.  Please check this site:

You can look up doctors by state
