Thanks so much for your question.

Yes. You need to call the local medical supply stores in your area and ask for an "alternating pressure air mattress". I have been using one since 1999 and I have had no problems with bed sores.

If you live here in the states, Medicare should cover the costs but you will need an order from your doctor. The people from the medical supply should be able to help with most or all of the paper work.
