Question
I am having problems with my right thumb.  I get cramps and it becomes so painful.  i get this twice or once a week.  the pain is so excrutiaing and I cant do anything when I have this pain.  After sometimes the finger becomes okay and will no longer be stiff.  Please help me.  I am a student and am worried as I have to use my index finger.

Answer
Hi, John,

Conditions like that typically come from a previous injury or from overuse, as in gripping actions.

There is a brain-muscle training maneuver in one of my programs that frees hands, wrists and fingers from such cramps.

If you want to know more, send email to [email protected] for a preview of the program.
