Question
I am a 38 year old man and for the past 8 years I have been suffering from this dull ache in the upper part of my neck (where the spine starts and there is this sort of hollow section)on almost a daily basis.  It usually lasts for 4 hours and sleep doesn't help, actually the pain worsens.  I do not know what exactly triggers it.  Sometimes I get it after having sex, other times when I'm just stressed and on other times for no apparent reason at all. I usually feel uneasy when standing up, I get vertigo, I can't coordinate the movement of my feet and sometimes I even feel nauseaous and occasionally I do vomit.  I must admit that during my youth (from when I was just 12 years till almost my 30th birthday) I used to have on average 6 sexual experiences a day which included masturbation.  No amount of acupuncture, massages or medicine has been able to solve my problem.  Can you help?
Regards and thanks.

Answer
The disturbance in the geo rhythm might have  caused you this problem. just smear Indian ayurvedic oil "PINDA THAILA"  to the affected area in the night and do 3doem meditation for 5 minutes twice a a day using 3d oem chart. you can find the 3d oem chart in your local book store. more about 3d oem you can find at http://www.3doem.com
