I HAD A SPLENNECTOMY ON 17 AUGUST 2008,INCISION WAS LARGE. STILL I FEEL PAIN 24 HOURS A DAY, I ASKED SEVERAL DOCTORS BUT NO SOLUTION. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARDS

Hello, Kamrul,

All surgeries trigger reflexive muscular contractions around the site of the surgical wound.  That may be what you're feeling.

It's been long enough for the tissue to heal, so you may be feeling muscular soreness from the contraction.
