Question
This question is about my wife,62 years old. She experiences difficulty breathing where she can not exhale. It lasts maybe 20 seconds. She also has wide swings in blood pressure and pulse rate, and a constant headache. She has been checked for pheochromocytoma (an adrenal problem), and there is none. The cardiologist says atrial tachycardia, but the breathing and headache don't fit. We suspect a phrenic nerve problem, or maybe two seperate problems. She has experienced neck pains periodically.

Answer
It appears that she has heart-related disorder as your cardiologist diagnosed with atrial tachycardia. Check with your cardiologist and follow-up. Maybe you should check with your family care physician to rule out any serious lung problem.  We need further diagnostic tests.

Of course, you can visit local chiropractor for your neck pain.
