Possible pinched nerve in neck

Question
I have a problem with my elbow. At first I thought it was golfers elbow, symptoms are the same, but I have had this condition for almost 2 years straight now. I've done acupuncture, massage therapy, active release, physio, and I saw a chiropractor. I now believe that this condition in my elbow is related to my cervical vertebrae. I've had a bad neck for about 20 years. What I'm wondering is, is it possible that I have a pinched nerve in my neck that is causing pain in my right elbow, medial side? I also have pain in my left elbow, medial side, but it is not as severe. I was carrying a couch this past week and I felt a shooting pain go up my right arm and into my neck. Any suggestions, ideas would be most welcome. I can't stand this much longer, thanks

Answer
First, I would like to apologize for the lateness of my reply.  I have had a computer down.  It is quite possible that the pain is coming from the neck, especially if you have had symptoms of it before.  I would suggest that your chiropractor evaluate the cervical area.  If he has already done so, it may be time to have xray/MRI to see what all is going on.
