Pain in foot

Question
I have a pain in my left foot (where the arch meets the heel area). A friend told me it might be my spleen.  Is she right?  Have you ever heard of such?

Answer
I'm not an expert on acupuncture or reflexology, but if you'd like to explore the spleen theory further, that's where I'd do my research. There are also structural (muscle and bone) reasons you could be having some pain there. A chiropractor, especially one who adjusts extremities (wrists, elbows, knees, hips, feet) would be your best bet for checking the structural aspect of things. If he/she knows or has someone in their office that knows acupuncture and/or reflexology, bonus!

Hope this helps!
