Question
I am almost 40 years old. I have this condition for the past 3 years. I feel shortend breathing, specifically in the movement of inspiration. When I inspires I feel pain in one specific point in the lateral border of the right scapula. I have very upper back contracted. I have visited a lot of doctors (pneumologist, cardiologist, etc), quiropractic, some energy doctor told her can be related to third vertebra.
I have a lot of painful points in the upper back, pectoralis and neck. Neck is very tight. Nothing gives release.
Any clue?
Thanks in advance

Answer
It sounds as if there could be a couple of things happening.  Trigger points in the Rhomboids and possibly Trapezius, and possible rib misalignment.  Have you had xrays to rule out any problems?  That may be a first step, and you may want to try massage.  Hope that this helps
