Answer
Hello Lynet,

I am sorry to hear of your pain.

I am sorry to hear of your condition.

Some people have anterolisthesis without any pain or problem.  Some people have terrible pain.

You MUST maintain good posture, move with good biomechanics.  Perhaps  a  lumbar  corset,  or a lumbar orthopedic support  belt  would  be  helpful  to  you.

You  should see a local  Doctor of Chiropractic.  If there are no DCs ( Chiropractic Doctors) near you  (I  believe the question  says  you  live  in  Poland (my Grandmothers home - Nana and Papa) ),  many  Medical  doctors  in  Europe  practice  'manual  medicine'.  Find  an  MD -  a medical  doctor  who  manipulates  the  spine.
Certain maneuvers in chiropractic would probably be helpful for you- S.O.T. technique, Cox Distraction technique; these are usually helpful with anterolisthesis.  I  do  not  know  what  the  MD  would  term  these  techniques.

You state:   "....Please can you tel me is there treatment for Grade 1 anterolisthesis ....",
yes various Chiropractic spinal manipulative techniques- I suggest SOT  and  or  COX flexion/ distraction.

".....Please can you tel me is there treatment for Grade 1 anterolisthesis of L5 on S1.The L5/S1 disk space is narrowed,on the AP view there is prominent sclerosis noted to the L5 par......",
the sclerosis is a bones reaction to additional stress--- see the chiropractor!

".....Tubal ligation clips are noted in the pelvis....."- this should not be significant.
