Question
Dear Dr.

One quick question. I was wondering if chiripractic therapy can help improve posture.
Thanks.

Answer
Taylor,

Thanks for your question.

Yes, chiropractic can help improve posture.  Chiropractic manipulation works to address any spinal bone misalignments or pressures that may be present.  This in turn takes stress off of spinal muscles, tendons, and ligaments.

Additionally, a chiropractor should prescribe home exercises and postural exercises to help improve posture and take abnormal stresses off the spine as well as strengthen the spine so that the bad posture does not return.

Call a chiropractor near you and check it out.  It works great.

God Bless,

Dr. Boss
