Question
i dislocated my right shoulder a year ago for the 2nd time, i have been receiving phsiotherapy although it had helped stregthen the shoulder and give me mobility back my neck and jaw have been weird, it is hard to describe, my neck and jaw become tight and click all the time, it is really frustrating and my doctor and physio cant really put their finger on what to do, was just wondering if uve came across a problem like this before and any suggestions on what can be done. thanks a lot

Answer
You may want to check with a chiropractor.  The physical therapist is only addressing the muscle issue; you may have an alignment issue that is hindering your progress.  Also, most MD's don't look at the mechanical aspect of the problem, and most PT's only do what they are directed to do (ie. a prescription is written by a doctor, and they must follow it).
