Lower Back pain and Vax D

Question
I have lower back pain, had it now for probably 10 years, I have had some Chiropratic, and it has helped, but totally.  I have been to different Chiroprators and they all have done different things and said different things.  I was thinking of trying Vax D and wondering if it is good.  I have been told that 1 leg is shorter than the other, so I have been wearing lifts, but my back still hurts.

Answer
Dear Brent,

I don't have information on Vax D.

The method I recommend does not rely upon external devices or therapies, but retrains the brain's control of the muscles that cause the problems.

I have provided information on back pain and the approach offered at somatics.com/page4.htm.  It will probably make sense out of the various opinions give by your different chiropractors.

with regard,

Lawrence Gold
