Could my dizziness be from a neck problem?

Question
I have had problems with dizziness for about 2 years now.  I can no longer have a job.  I have had a CT scan done, heart monitor, blood tests, hearing test, along with others.  I also have jerky eye movements and a lot of pain in my back.  I also have eye twitches, arm twitches, and hand twitches.  All on the left side.  Everything seems to have started when I was doing sit-ups two years ago.  I had severe tailbone pain for one day and then it turned into breathing difficulties, chest pain, dizziness, etc.  I don't know what else to do.  I went to a chiropractor one time and they adjusted me.  It didn't help much.  I was in severe pain afterwards.  I wonder if it actually hurt me worse.  Please let me know what you think.  Could it be a pinched nerve for two years or a herniated disc or something.  Thanks.

Answer
Your subject line, Angela, is more on-point.

Neck, eyes, and balance centers (inner ear) are all connected via the brain stem.

I think that your sit-ups only showed the problem, but did not cause it.  I think you had a shock or injury that tightened up your neck.

Anyway, I have worked consistently successfully with that type of dizziness (cervicogenic).  No problem.  A few sessions.  Find a practitioner of somatic education near you and get some sessions.
