neck tenderness and headache

Question
Thanks for replying so quickly! I actually barely eat junkfood, and i don't drink soda either.  I do have a cup of coffee everyday though but i don't know if that is bad.
So do you think this neck pain and headache are a result of the pregnancy?  Do you reccommend that i go see a doctor for my neck as well?

Thanks,

Thana

Thanks for writing!

The bruised feeling you have on the back of the neck is a signal from the body that it is very defensive about some organ in your body. The exact organ depends on the location of the bruised feeling spot. Near the center of the head, as opposed to behind the ears, the indication is for uterus.

If you are spotting this early in the pregnancy, I would suggest you take a long, hard look at what you are eating. The baby must have nutritious food to grow on. Fast food and Frozen dinners will not give you nutrition.

It is always a good idea to get a check up when one becomes pregnant. Do you have access to a doctor?

Also, the water intake is crucial. One must drink one ounce of water for every two pounds of body weight, every day, soda does not count, just filtered or spring water, not tap water.

For nutritional devise, go to www.sorsi.com, www.icak.com and/ or www.soto-usa.com and find a chiropractor near you who does nutrtional counseling.

Does this anwer your question?

Thana:

Ok! That is good.

Actually, you neck is part of your body. And having a baby affects the whole body, the neck pain could be a result of the pregnancy or it could be an organ problem which showed up with the stress of the pregnancy.

I suggest seeing a medical doctor for a early pregnancy checkup. But to get healthy and find out what is going on with your neck, go to one of the chiropractors on the websites I listed above.
