Question
I had an MRI done after a car accident that shows mild disc
bulge with annular tear at L4-L5 with mild disc dessication.
There was also a benign hemagioma at T1. How serious is
this?

Thanks for writing!

How serious is this? That depends entirely upon you and the type of treatment you get. If you are relatively young and healthy, willing to drink the required water, take your vitamins and follow the instructions of a good chiropractor, it is not serious at all.

If you drink only coffe and soda, eat junk food, sit on soft chairs and take drugs until it get so bad you have to have surgery, it is very serious.

I suggest you find a good chiropractor near you and have it checked out. The doctors listed at www.sorsi.com, www.icak.com and www.soto-usa.com are trained to handle this type of injury.

Does this answer your question?

Dr. Rozeboom.

PS: I am in St. Louis, Mo and most of this area has been without electricity since Wed. night. That is the reason it tooks so long to get a response.
