Clicking in lower back
9/23 17:41:27

Question
I have clicking in L4/L5 part of my spine.
I also have a broadly herniated disk there and an MRI report that there is narrowing in right side foramin.

Is the Clicking resultant from possibly a bone to bone friction?

Answer
Could be bone-on-bone friction at facet joints or the twanging of tendons as they pass over bony prominences in movement.

Herniated discs generally indicate high muscle tension in muscles that span and connect vertebrae.
