-----Question-----
I fell pregnant in 2005 and had a great deal of pain on my left lower back- this could have been due to how the baby was lying.  Also suffered from pelvic pain whilst walking in later pregnancy.  Gave birth naturally no pain relief except gas and air.

0-3 months baby suffered with wind/ colic therefore I was up rocking him to sleep and rubbing his back and continuously breast feeding day & night on the bed.  He then got used to falling asleep this way and I now still have to rock him to sleep and this can take 1-2 hours at times.  I am still breastfeeding at night and this has all resulted to low Iron B12 and Folic.  I now take regular b12 but stop my iron and start when I feel the palpitations coming along and the not feeling in control comes on (anxiety).  But I keep getting tingling sensation in my back.
First it used to be on my left and then it eventually went numb and still is there is also a change in colour on my back and now it is happening on my right.  Neck stiffens when I don't get good sleep.  I have not had a full nights sleep for 12 months now.

Can you help? - body feels like I am 60+

Is this some kind of joke what does that have to do with my question?

Gurvinder:

Ok! I should have been more communicative.

No, this is not a joke. What can be done to help in this situation depends on what resources are available to you. If you are in Japan, that is one situation, if your are in India, that is another and if your are in Australia, that is another.
I understand this is serious. You have a physical problem which is keeping you from resting and healing. That needs to be corrected.

Please forgive my miscommunication and let me know what area you are in so I can answer your question to the best of my ability.

Answer
Gurvinder:

Ok! I understand.

This sounds like the pregnancy and delivery stressed and weakened the ligaments which hold your back bone to your hip bone. When this occurs, the foundation for the spine sits crooked and a lot of things, indeed everything, can to to pieces.

When things go to pieces, the bones start getting in the way of the nerves. This prevents the nerves from doing their job  and then they start to tingle.

The best solution is to see a good chiropractor and get the bones set back together. Lucky for you, there are a lot of good chiropractors in the UK. Ann McDonald is one of them as is John Howat.

Here is the address for their organization.

Does this answer your question?
