seven years ago i had a bad fall and split a vertebrae,now im suffering from really bad pain in my spine and my hands,arms also pins and needles in my hands,is this coming from my old neck injury or because i use vibrating tools at work

Either can be causing the issues.  When you split the vertebrae the body laid down more bone in its place.  This extra bone could be invading the nerve's space.  But you can not rule out the vibrating tools.  I would get another set of xrays or even an MRI to see if there is extra bone touching the nerves.
