Question
My 11 year daughter has been getting severe head pains every 5-10 minutes apart for the last 2 weeks.  The pains last for around 10 seconds and are very painful.  They are always on the right side of her head at the back.  We have seen GPs, a neurologist, physio, chiropractors.  What treatment is available for her? Experts seem to think it is neuralgic pain of some sort but don't know what caused it?  She is having an MRI tomorrow.
Please - any advice is welcome,
Glenda

Answer

Hanna Somatic Educatio
Hello, Glenda.

Neuralgic pain commonly comes from tight muscles; that may be the case for your daughter.

If that is the case, somatic training can alleviate/end the pain.

May I direct you to information I have provided:

Practitioners of clinical somatic education exist.  You can find a link to access on the page I have given, above.
