Question
I would like to know what this means this happended to me 3 months ago

Answer
There is a mild bulge of the disc in your low back (L4-5).  Facet arthrosis is arthritis around the facet joint, which is a the area where the nerve exits the spine to, in this case, the lower legs.  Unless you are having symptoms such as numbness, tingling, or muscle weakness in the legs, this is somewhat normal.
