popping in neck and numbness in toe

Question
For about 3 weeks when I look up or down I occasionally have a popping in the back of my neck. It is a little uncomfortable.  This morning I woke up with my big toe on my left foot tingly.
Is there a connection, and should I see a doctor?
I hope these aren't signs of something serious.
Thank you.

Thanks for Writing!

The popping in the back of your neck with up or down movement indicates a tension in the spinal cord as a whole.

The tingly in your toes indicates that this tension has gone all the way down to your low back and is affecting the nerves at that point.

This will not kill you right away, but it will diminish your health in the years ahead.

I urge you to get to the root of this condition and get it properly corrected. Drugs will not do it, since they do not remove this spinal tension. Only the proper manipulation of the spine will correct it.

Go to www.sorsi.com, www.icak-usa.com and/or www.holistichiro.com and look for a good chiropractor near you.
