hello I have a constant pain in my coxis also I can only bend over about 25% forward I can do my shoe laces up on my left leg but my right leg I have to lift it on to a chair to do up my laces and, its very hard to bend and do up my laces could you please help to advise me what to do or whats wrong with  my syptoms I am 68 years old  and in good health apart with the syptoms I have told you I am retired to phuket thailand is there anybody in this area or near bye,

Hi James,

Have you had any major falls in the past couple of years? Do you have numbness or tingling in either of your legs? Do you have increased pain when you strain or cough? There are several things that may be causing your symptoms but I would need more information. I would recommend that you see a Doctor of Chiropractic but I do not know of any reputable Chiropractors in Phuket.

I have found this website: http://www.chiropractic-phuket.com but the practitioner is NOT a Doctor of Chiropractic, he is a physical therapist.
