Thanks for writing!

The top of the head pain could be one of three things. Number one, dehydration, you simply are not drinking enough water. Number two, there is a major drain pipe in the top of the head for the blood and brain juice. This could be blocked by the bones in your head. Number three, the top of the head is very often a reflex from the uterus. There could be something going on there.

The "spreading from the upper left neck in base of skull" would indicate number three, particularly if it is moving thru the middle of the base of the skull.

The best way to check this out is to go to a good chiropractor and get to the root of the problem. Go to www.sorsi.com, www.icak.com and www.soto-usa.com and see if you can find a good chiropractor near you. Chiropractic adjustments have a proven track record in helping with headaches.

Also, make sure your water intake is what it ought to be. For instance, if you weigh 100 lbs, you must drink 50 ounces of water per 24 hours, drink it at night also. This will help.
