Question -
I was dropped by a nurse after giving birth to my 6yr old son while transfering to another bed which sprained my ankle, my hand and jammed the epidural into my back.  I have been on painkillers ever since.  A couple of years previosly to that incident, I had a whiplash accident while a passenger in a car which has caused a steady stream of neck/upper back pains along with migraines.  The last incident was settled out of court for a very small amount and the last was held in the air for many years then finally died off just because I was tired and emotionally exhausted from dealing with my injury and the lawyers.  My question to you is would there be any chance to have any restitution from the hospital incident or is it too late?

Answer -
Cynthia,
You have not given me the name of your state or the date of the incident; without that information, I can't answer your question.
Richard

Answer
Cynthia,

Thank you for your partial reply. Most states have a 3 year
statute of limitation. You did not answer my question , why you failed to proceed against the hospital, when you had a lawyer helping you,and a clear case.
Please telephone the Ohio lawyer and verify that you are 3 years too late.Sorry for the bad news.
