neck and headache after surgery

i had surgery on my neck oct. 25 2011. c5 disc was replaced with an articial bone and a plate n neck. i still have severe headaches and neck pain. i went through therapy several times. still no help. please help me relieve my pain.

Sorry to hear of your condition.

Headaches and neck pain commonly come from contracted neck muscles -- which no surgery can correct, even if it corrects for the effects of tight neck muscles -- disc overcompression and degeneration.  The fact that you needed disc surgery strongly suggests that your headaches are of this kind.
