Question
Thank you for this opportunity. I had surgery 2 years ago, vertebral screws in C5,C6,C7 and a disc fusion at C5-6 and c6-7 there is now uncinate process osteophyte on left at c5-6 which causes osseous foraminal stenosis.and at c7-T1. I don't know what this means and my chiropractor says because of the previous surgery he would not advise any chiropractor to touch me. He said to endure the pain as long as possible, get narcotics and or go back to Dr. that did surgery. Would you interpret this for me please?

Answer
This means that the hole that your spinal cord travels through has become smaller. The word stenosis means narrowing. Unfortunately in your case this is only something your surgeon should work on. Your Chiropractor is correct, you should not get chiropractic adjustments.
Good luck.
Look into pain management or maybe acupuncture.
