hi i have had sharp chest pains on left side chest for about 2 months now and heart palpitations/spasm. Now however i seem to have developed for no particular reason a extremely painful strained back in which i cant turn to the left/right because the pain spreads to chest. and also chest strain also were i can not move as normal. Can you tell me roughly how long this type of strain will it last and is it symptomatic of just strain? thank you

I can't tell you how long the pain will last.

I'm not sure, from your description, that you are having/have had heart palpitations.

Your description sounds like chest muscles in spasm.

If you were my client, I would be evaluating your breathing to determine whether the muscles between ribs were in spasm, and if so, take you through a brief training regimen to free the spastic muscles.  I would expect the pains to disappear.
