Answer
Jacob,
First of all, I am sorry to hear about the trouble you are in.  Secondly, I want you to know that I am willing to do whatever it takes to help you to at least have significant improvement if that is at all possible for you.  Now, what I need to know is:  Do you have your entire nervous system intact?  In other words, it appears that you have had multiple surgeries but I want to know if your entire spinal cord and nerves are all present and connected?
If so, then you have hope, and then the next thing that would need to be done would be an evaluation of special tests to see if I would be able to help you.  We can find out much information in as little as one day, enough to say if I would be able to help you or not.
I am assuming that you are on a number of medications as well as having abnormal function in your body, and if that is the case I can tell you that you will not get better and actually even get worse.  We have to make a change to that pattern and help you to begin to accumulate production rather than destruction.
Let me know if you have any further questions, but you would need to come over to the clinic for some testing to find out if we can help you.
Yours in Best Health,
