Question
About 5 weeks ago I started to have severe sharp electrical
pains at night after being in bed for two hrs. I went to a chiropractor for several treatments. I them went to an orthopedic Dr. for Xray's I have two areas with subluxated
discs. He gave me a shot of cortisone and pain pills, which had not effect. I also had a bone scan, resulting in no answer.
I then went to another chiropractor who started decompression therapy, after three visit I discontinued going. I now have an appointment with my MD for a follow up on an MRI. The 2nd chiropractor said my tail bone was out of alignment I have two serious falls one 50 yrs. ago and the other 11 yrs. ago. Could all this pain be caused by my neck being out of aligment? Where can I  find a Dr. in the Seattle area who treats upper cervical Specfic?

Answer
Maxine,
There isn't anyone in Seattle that is trained to do the work.I believe that the closest to you would be the Specific Chiropractic Center in Dublin, CA.  That is basically just East of San Francisco, and it is run by my good friend and colleague, Dr Shawn Dill.  I highly suggest that you go to have him examine you so you could learn what is causing your trouble and more importantly have it corrected.
