thanks for the answer.
i was just wondering if you can give me more information on how i can improve my posture and stop the cracking noises everytime i take deep breathes, because it happens constantly.

In my mind there are three places to work on your posture: WORK/SCHOOL, SLEEP, and PLAY.  

At work/school, go for bringing your chest UP to the ceiling. Bring your monitor up so that the center line of the monitor is above eye level in this position.

The cracking every time you breathe is disturbing, but if it happens every time it may be your ribs, your rib cage, or any number of things. A chiropractor can definitely help with this... have you ever been to one?
