Question
Long story short I had triple negative breast cancer last year, went through chemo and radiation. Now I am having swollen lymph node on the back of my neck,pain and when I swallow it hurts the spine up towards the back of my neck. I have no primary doctor and no insurance. My treatment was funded by medicaid. Do you think this could be cancer again?

The pat answer we give is: well, "I can't rule it out", or "it could be".   Of course without an exam there's no way to know.  It could be a whole host of things, and without actually looking at you I can't know what to say here. Really, though, I doubt it.

I know this is an unsatisfying answer, but it's all I can offer without actually seeing you.
