Herniated disc (vertebras L5-S1)

Question
Is it possible to rectify herniated disc and then to cure possibly damaged nerves (L5-S1) by non-surgical means or exercises, etc.?
If the problem would be based on fact that it could cause loss of penile sensation but
with no any pain.
I'd appreciate your advice. Thank you.

Hello, George,

Loss of sensation occurs with nerve compression due most often to muscular contractions along the spine.  The same contractions cause vertebrae to get too close together and compression of discs results (disc bulge).

So, then answer to your question is, yes.
