hi i had a car accident 25 years ago and have been  suffering traumatic pains since  in my head neck arms eyes cheek bones i have had numerous m.r.i. scans no one knew what was wrong with me i was just put on a lot of medication  but recently i had a cervical x.ray and it has come back  loss of cervical lordosis   i am happy that after 25 years  i do have a name for my pain is there any cures e.t.c after all these years of pain thanks

  Well improved posture and increased strength of your postural muscles can help improve your cervical lordosis.  It may not return to the exact same as it was 25 years ago, but you can definitely improve it.  Learning to strengthen the muscles surrounding the shoulders and upper back along with stretching the chest can really help the neck pain that you have been experiencing.  MRI scans only show tears and herniated discs, they do not show whether a muscle is too tight or too loose and their affect on your pain.
