Question
I'm only 23 years old and I go bowling about twice a week. The next morning when I wake up for about the first 30 minutes my fingers hurt so bad that I can't ball a fist. Then they hurt all day. Especially on the inside of my hand behind my middle knuckles. (Like if you were to make an E in sign language, the knuckle part that bends)
Let me know if you think I could have arthritis even though I'm young. Maybe carpal tunnel? Thanks!

Dear Heather,   I can't tell you if you have arthritis since inorder to diagnose Rheumatoid arthritis you need blood work Rheumatoid Factor and other blood tests...  If it is Osteoarthritis or carpel tunnel then you need x-rays.....
