Question
i have a blood test and it came highly positive Ana. I'm forty and i was transferred to rheumatology. i read about that in the net and I'm scared and i would like to know what tests i should do to have the right diagnosis. and do all illness causing Ana to be positive incurable.

Answer
Positive ANAs by themselves don't mean much.  A diagnosis would be supported by positive ANAs but based on clinical signs, symptoms, and history.  Hopefully, the rheumatologist will explain all this.  Be sure to write down questions and ask them during your appt with her/him.
