Question
I am a male, 63 old and still doing weight training 4 days a week.
Recently i was having pain in my shoulders and on the advice of my Doc, i am started taking Glucosamine sulfate potassium chloride - 1 per day, for the past one week.
I am also taking aspirin regularly for the past one year.
Will these both have adverse effect on my health?

Answer
I've been taking glucosamine/chondroitin for quite a few years and have had no side effects. I find I only notice a difference if I stop taking it (some pain returns.) Check with your doctor about the amount of aspirin you're taking. It can cause easy bruising, bleeding problems, and stomach problems.
