Answer
I am so sorry for your problems with your knees, and I know you must be in a lot of pain.  Unfortunately, if you have osteoporosis, you may have to have the  joints replaced in the future.  That would depend on your level of tolerance in the pain department.  If you are in a lot of pain, which it sounds like you are, your best bet would be to get surgery, osteoporosis only get worse, and the surgery is not hard, it's uncomfortable, but it will take away your pain.

I don't know of any medication on the market, except for Fosamax, which is bone mass builder, that might help you.
The other thing you need to do is lose weight. I don't know the conversion of kgs to american pounds, but you need to be at a healthy weight, as that will put less stress on your bones.

I do wish you the best of luck and hope you are in less pain after you decide on the surgery.
