Question
The MRI Report Findings are the following.  I am 28 and would appreciate assitance on your thoughts on what all this means.

1. Partial Thickness Tear of Scapholunate Ligament and Fluid of Inner Aspects of the Ligament.

2. Only a Silver of Proximal Portion of Ligament is Intact.

3. Scapholunate Joint Space itself measures about 4mm.

4. Sagittal Images Do not Demonstrate Normal Radiocarpal Articulation.

5. Mild Dorsal Subluxation of Ulnar.

6. Small Ganglion Cyst is seen in dorsal aspect of lunate.

7. Degenerative Partial Thickness Tear of Inner Aspect of Scapholuate Ligament.

What are my treatment options?  Would you recommend any surgeons within the NJ-NY-PA-MD-VA Area?

Answer
Prarthit,
You are looking at surgical repair. You have torn the ligament between to bones in your wrist (scaphoid and lunate)3.4.5.are saying that your bone joint surfaces are not aligned due to the tear/injury.
There are many different types of procedures depending if it is new or old injury, instability of the bones, and surgeons preference. It should be a same-day type of surgery. It will probably be 6-12 mos before wrist is good as it will be. Ganglion cyst is no factor.
I don't live anywhere near those states.
You can look on my orthofind for board cert. orthos though
